Personal, Family & Business Attorneys

firm profileMost of our attorney services are designed to keep you out of court through reliable advice and careful documentation of your contractual commitments. When necessary, however, we also represent our clients in court in all of our practice areas, whether the dispute involves a real estate transaction, a partnership breakdown, or a challenge to the terms of a will or trust instrument. Additionally, we handle cases on appeal in both state and federal courts.

An important aspect of our law practice is our heavy reliance on information technology and automated data systems. Not only does this make our attorneys more efficient – and therefore more cost-effective – in both transactional and litigation services, it also greatly improves our ability to answer client questions and keep you fully engaged in the process of your project or case. With our ability to retrieve and forward client information on an essentially instantaneous basis, you will not be kept waiting for answers or status reports. In most situations we can achieve the results you need faster as well.
